They relate to Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work 2020 stages 0 through 4, that is from Strategic Definition to Technical Design. Early Cost Advice Estimates are required by SME Developers right at the outset of even considering to bid for a site for development or a property for redevelopment. Often this information informs the purchase price of the site. Our Early Cost Advice Estimates give you the confidence of being to able to assess feasibility with the right information.
Order of Cost Estimates are for when you are starting out on your development. The purpose of an order of cost estimate is to establish whether the proposed building project is affordable and, if so, to establish a realistic cost limit for the building work. The cost limit is the maximum expenditure that the Employer is prepared to make in relation to the completed building project.
