We call it "Safe Aerial Data Collection" for a reason
Man flew dangerously close to fighter plane while no-fly zone was in place

You may have read the reports that Mark Bagguley, 49, has narrowly avoided jail-time after he flew his drone dangerously close to a military plane while a no-fly zone was in place.
Proper Planning prevents Poor Performance
Although we have not yet launched our suite of drone related products into our Store, we think it it worthy of comment to note that all our operations are properly planned prior to flying, take into account factors such as weather, hazards and the task in hand. Our pilots are CAA certified and we have appropriate insurance in place. Our fleet of 3 drones save time and money by accessing places and collecting data from the air - often things that cannot be seen from the ground and without having ti put people in danger to collect it, e.g., working at height.
It is sad when cases such as Mr Bagguley's are reported as it puts drone flying in a bad light. Here at Mensura, we work actively to ensure "safe aerial data collection".
Please contact us if you require any further information, have a job where a drone survey could be useful or simply want to join us on one of our drone flying days to learn more about what we do.
