Policy Statement
it has come to our attention that some clients are using artificial intelligence (AI) for the purposes of taking transcripts of meeting, creating recaps, action points, etc. Whilst we support the use of AI to simply administrative tasks, we are concerned that these systems can create commentary and provide interpretations of such meetings. Such commentaries and interpretations may inadvertently create contractual obligations that the parties never intended.
It is trite knowledge that AI is an evolving technology. Until such systems have been proven as secure, Mensura does not advocate their use on projects or in any matter involving or dealing with the rights and obligations of parties under contract.
Accordingly, it is our policy that we will not accept as a record for any purpose any transcript, recap, actions, commentary or interpretation provided by AI not any assessment of engagement or sentiment produced by such system.
