Conditions of Contract (TC1)
When to use it:
TC1 is available for use when the Developer requires some basic terms and conditions to issue to Contractors who are tendering for or pricing their work. It provides a basis for the agreement between the parties and deals with issue of payment, time for completion and variations and extras. The document contains a watermark that may not be removed. Amendable versions can be purchased on request. These permit the Developer to make amendments to selected clauses and provides more flexibility in use.
TC2 is available for use when a Contractor requires some basic terms and conditions to issue to Developers who are calling tenders or prices for their work. It provides a basis for the agreement between the parties and deals with issue of payment, time for completion and variations and extras. The document contains a watermark that may not be removed. Amendable versions can be purchased on request. These permit the Contractor to make amendments to selected clauses and provides more flexibility in use.
TC3 is available for use when a Sub-Contractor requires some basic terms and conditions to issue to Contractors who are calling tenders or prices for their work. It provides a basis for the agreement between the parties and deals with issue of payment, time for completion and variations and extras. TC3 is available in two versions. TC3a/c is a low cost form of contract but contains restrictions on its use in that it cannot be amended and the document contains a watermark that cannot be removed. Amendable versions (TC3b/d) can be purchased on request. These permit the Contractor to make amendments to selected clauses and provides more flexibility in use.
