Tender Return Review Report

When to use Tender Reports: Once tenders have been received, a careful process of evaluation and assessment must be carried out to identify the preferred tenderer. Tenders that best meet the Client's needs and offer the best value for money are more beneficial than simply picking the cheapest price. Client needs, priorities and definition of value will vary from project to project and so assessment criteria will also vary from project to project. Typically, a Tender Return Review Report will consider price, relevant experience and understanding of the requirements, technical skills, resource availability, management skills and systems and the proposed methodology (including mobilisation plans, design proposals and non-compliant bids).

In the event that your project construction cost is likely to exceed £5m then please contact us for a quotation for this service.
