The Crown Estate have a large property portfolio totalling c.£16 billion in value, one of the largest rural holdings in the country, with estates including Regent Street and St James’s in London, and the seabed around England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Regent Street/St James' portfolio is presently undergoing a continuing programme of services installation improvements, upgrades and change in pursuit of the Crown's ambitious Net Zero Carbon programme.
Projects include:
- Chiller replacements, repairs and upgrades.
- Air Source Heat Pumps installations.
- Installation of LED light fitting to landlord's common areas in over 150 buildings.
- Building Management Services upgrades and remedial works.
- Installation of Photovoltaic Cells to roof structures.
Mensura is appointed by the Consulting Engineers to provide full costs consultancy, quantity surveying, procurement and contract administration services.
