CONSULTING ENGINEER

The work involved in this highly technical project includes the survey, validation, design, supply, installation, testing, setting to work and commissioning and upgraded Building Management System within the property.

Work also involves replacing existing TAC Vista BeMS controlling engineering plant, systems and equipment and the recommissioning of previously upgraded Siemens fan coil unit controllers and residing on a different BeMS system.

Additionally, a full suite of operation and maintenance manuals forms part of the works together with training in the new systems.

The project requires varied skills and specialisms.

Mensura was appointed by the Consulting Engineers to provide Contract Administration services.  This includes assistance with the evaluation of tender returns and monitoring the Employer's budget for cost movements outside of the works contract and reporting in connection therewith.
